These terms govern your use of AjaxUniverse, accessible at https://ajaxuniverse.com ("the site"). By accessing or browsing the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the site.

2. Who runs this site

AjaxUniverse is an independent, fan-run editorial site about Ajax Amsterdam. AjaxUniverse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or otherwise officially connected to AFC Ajax, its subsidiaries, the Eredivisie, UEFA, or any other governing body. References to AFC Ajax and to its players, staff, competitions, and trophies are made for editorial purposes only.

3. Acceptable use

When using the site, you agree not to:

• use any automated system to scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of the site;
• attempt to interfere with the site's normal operation, probe its security, or bypass any access controls;
• upload, post, or transmit anything unlawful, defamatory, harassing, or infringing through any contact channel we offer;
• misrepresent your identity, or impersonate AjaxUniverse, AFC Ajax, or any third party;
• use the site or its content in a way that suggests an official Ajax endorsement that does not exist.

4. Intellectual property

Site content

Original editorial content on AjaxUniverse — the writing, the structural design, and the bespoke graphics and icons — is the work of AjaxUniverse and is protected by copyright. You may quote short passages with proper attribution and a link back to the page you are quoting. You may not republish whole pages or large extracts without written permission.

Third-party marks

The Ajax Amsterdam name, the AFC Ajax crest, club kit designs, and player likenesses are the property of their respective owners. They are referenced on this site for the purpose of fan commentary, criticism, and historical record. Their inclusion does not imply any endorsement by, affiliation with, or licence from those owners.

Reporting infringement

If you believe content on AjaxUniverse infringes your rights, please write to info@ajaxuniverse.com with: a description of the work, the URL where the alleged infringement appears, your contact details, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them.

5. No professional advice

Content on AjaxUniverse is editorial commentary on a football club and is provided "as is" for general information. It is not, and should not be relied on as, legal, financial, ticketing, travel, or other professional advice. For ticket purchases, official memberships, official merchandise, and any other dealings with AFC Ajax, please use the club's official channels.

6. Accuracy and updates

We make a good-faith effort to be accurate, especially on dates, results, and trophies. However, football is a moving subject and pages can fall out of date between editorial reviews.
